Privacy Policy
Analytics
We use Umami Analytics (privacy-preserving, no cookies, no cross-site tracking) and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 is configured with Consent Mode v2 — advertising-related consent is denied by default for EU/EEA/UK visitors.
Advertising
This site displays ads served by Google AdSense (publisher ID: ca-pub-7887321168925353). Google may use cookies to serve personalized ads. You can opt out via Google Ad Settings.
No Personal Data Collection
PlainImmigration does not collect personal information. All data displayed is public government records from DOJ EOIR FOIA releases.
Editorial Independence
Content on PlainImmigration is compiled by our editorial team: raw case data from DOJ EOIR, TRAC Immigration, DHS, and USCIS public releases is transformed into readable profiles by our continuous editorial pipeline, validated against the source before publication. The PlainImmigration editorial team, operating under Kiznis Studio, is responsible for editorial standards and corrections.
We do not accept payment, sponsorship, or promoted placement from attorneys, law firms, government agencies, or any covered entity. Our only revenue source is contextual display advertising served by Google AdSense — advertisers do not influence which entities we cover or how we present data, and they do not receive preferential placement.
Cookies
We use a single functional cookie to remember your dark/light mode preference. No tracking cookies are set by us directly.
Third-Party Services
Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and Sentry (error monitoring) may collect usage data. See their respective privacy policies for details.
